Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Stonegate Field Manufacturing Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and machine downtime. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
