Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Orchard Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and field records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
