Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Rivermark Iron Auto Group Partners is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 884 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
