Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Ironwood Stone Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Denver region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
