Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Greenridge Logistics serves drivers and dealerships across the Chicago region, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 5 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
