Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Amberfield Fox Auto Group is a Jackson company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
