Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Cedar Haven Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Albuquerque, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
