Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Amberfield Forge Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Reno. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
