Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Redstone Yarrow Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in San Antonio. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
