Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Rivermark Willow Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
