Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Harborlight Pike Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
