Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Lumen Corner Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Miami. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
