Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Summit Basin Foods Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
