Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Fernwood Thistle Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Honolulu, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 801 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
