Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Ironwood Cedar Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Colorado Springs plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
