Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Rook Press and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
