Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Rivermark Linden Farms is an agricultural business based around Portland, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
