Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Ironwood Pike Press Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
