Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Lumen Linden Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Buffalo, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 246 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
