Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Foxglove Maple Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Charleston plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and tooling. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
