Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Press and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
