Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Ember Manufacturing Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
