Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Nova Cobalt Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
