Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Redstone Sparrow Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
