Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Clearpath Cedar Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
