Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Nest Manufacturing and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and scrap and rework. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
