Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Summit Junction Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Pittsburgh region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
