Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Silverline Lakeside Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Portland region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and field records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
