Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Kestrel Press Partners and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 666 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
