Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Rivermark Thistle Pharma develops and makes medicines in Atlanta. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
