Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Amberfield Loom Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Charlotte. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
