Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Foxglove Pike Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
