Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Foxglove North Manufacturing is a Boise manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 236 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
