Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Redstone Fern Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Jacksonville region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and seasonal crews. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
