Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Silverline Fox Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Columbus. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
