Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Foxglove Willow Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
