Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Northwind Vista Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
