Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Highbridge Harbor Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 328 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
