Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Westbrook Junction Manufacturing makes precision components in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and tooling. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
