Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Rivermark Orchard Foods Group is a Houston food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
