Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Amberfield Loom Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Phoenix producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
