Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Bluepeak Summit Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
