Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Stonegate Willow Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
