Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Redstone Juniper Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
