Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Lumen Ember Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
