Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Westbrook Wilder Medical is a Nashville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
