Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Redstone Holdings develops and makes medicines in Virginia Beach, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 10 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
