Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Greenridge Sable Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Nashville. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
