Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Fernwood Willow Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Hartford producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
