Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Stone Farms Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and grower contracts. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
